Assemble processing for kilolaser laser cutting machine

1、Open the wooden package, then take out all accessories.

2、Open the valves of machine wheels . 

3、pull the machine to where need to put way, unload the four feet cups to make sure the machine on balance level as below picture show: machine body must be keep at least 40 cm away from the wall. 

4、Installation of laser tube： 

A、 Unpack the package of laser tube as below shows, the yellow wire is for low pressure,red wire is for high pressure. 

 B、Loading of laser tube： 

（1）load left side of laser tube, please make sure yellow wire for low pressure, lift up laser tube by hands to make sure on balance lever, then load on metal shelf carefully, and must be keep the rules of water circulation “low entry high exit”. 

 （2）、load right side of laser tube, please make sure red wire for high pressure, lift up laser tube by hands to make sure on balance lever, then load on metal shelf carefully, and must be keep the rules of water circulation “low entry high exit”. 

 C、Connecting power wire of laser tube 

(1）connect left wire of laser tube: cover a 30CM silica gel tube first, then connect power wire. Then surround it with an isolating tape to fix, pull the silica gel tube to connection .As below picture shows： Connect left of laser tube to low pressure, find the same wire with marker to connect together,then surround it with an isolating tape to fix。 

 （2）Connect right wire of laser tube： The connecting way is same as left, just pay attention on the marker on the wire。 

5、Connection on water entry & exit Follow up the marker on the plastic tube to connect the plastic tube with the left & right end-of laser tube. Water entry end with high pressure as below picture shows： Water Exit end with low pressure as below picture shows： 

 6、Installation of air compressor Unpack the package of air compression, connect the joint to air compressor, as below picture shows:： Insert the air tube in the joint of air compressor as below picture shows： Two air compressor(for two head machines) finished installation as below shows： Insert the plug of air compressor to the socket on the left-down of machine as below picture shows： 

 7、Connection of exhaust blower

 (1)unpack the package of exhaust blower as below shows. Use two band clamps to fix the grey soft tube, one end on the exit of machine, another end fix on the entry of exhaust blower as below picture shows: 

 (2)pull the blue tube, one end insert in the exit of exhaust blower, then surround it with sticky tape to fix.

 (3)pull the blue tube, another end to outside of room.

 (4)connect the power wire of exhaust blower to backside of machine .
